I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know what a fantastic experience I had with your company this week. I recently purchased a headboard (not from your company) for my teenage daughter’s room. It was a bit pricey, but we loved it. After already spending more than I should, I was reluctant to purchase a mattress set, but knowing her old set was awful, I decided to inquire at your east Boca Raton store. Honestly, I was worried I would be talked into something more than I really wanted to spend.

Chuck Kalus was the perfect salesperson. He listened to our needs and was well informed about our various options. I never felt pressured, but he did explain the need and benefits of a new mattress considering the condition of what we currently had at home. I left feeling like I made the perfect decision, not with regrets of being manipulated by a salesperson, as can often occur. When Chuck informed me delivery was free I was flabbergasted - really. I am not sure I can think of any company, especially with today’s gas prices, that offers such quality customer service!

This morning the mattress and frame were delivered. The gentlemen were careful, courteous, and efficient! I was comfortable having them in my home. When setting up the bed they even assisted me with straightening the bed skirt!

I have never written a letter to a company before, but I felt compelled to let you know that I feel my experience was above and beyond from start to finish! When I finally convince my son to stop jumping on his bed, I am certain I will return to City Mattress for his replacement!!
