I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding retail experience I had over the last 24 hours with your associate, Paula Engstrom, and the team at your Naples location. Paula listened to my needs, and, rather than try to oversell me, told me what headboards were available for quick delivery in my price range. I was able to call back last evening - 10 minutes before closing - and was greeted by Paula’s teammate, who was more than happy to take my order over the phone and schedule me for delivery today. The delivery even occurred AHEAD of schedule and the installers were very courteous and efficient.

Overall a very good experience thanks to the very positive and upbeat approach of Paula and all of your associates! I will definitely recommend you to my friends!
