I am not sure where you found Kim Dorsey but you had better keep her! She was the nicest person I have run into in a long time. I purchased a mattress from you a week or so ago for my 95 year old mother at the Carlisle in Naples. She came back from the hospital the other day and it takes her 30 to 45 minutes to get her body up and over. It is a good mattress but she of course has health issues. Kim listened to my story and suggested a shorter box springs or putting it on the floor. I am in Michigan and could not measure. She left her job on a Saturday evening and drove to Mother’s, measured and called me to report findings. What an employee. I cannot thank her enough.
