I would like to take this opportunity to talk to you about one of your employees Vicki Tallini. We have always bought all of our mattresses through the years from your company. My whole family has always used your company. My brother and his wife just recently bought one of your adjustable beds from Vicki. There king size bed was just about new so they offered it to me. My brother was having trouble recently sleeping in a flat position. He had back surgery years ago. Vicki showed them the adjustable bed. He decided to get it and give it a try. I needed to get a king size bed frame, I had a queen. Vicki said this was not a problem. I then got a new headboard. This headboard had a slit to attach hooks. Vicki again said know problem. She said" they make a conversion kit to attach to the headboard. When we put everything together the bed was to high. I went back to the store to see Vicki. I was becoming exhausted with now that I refer to as the bed from hell. Vicki was feeling my pain. She suggested we go with a lower bed frame. She said we have had enough; she was going to send her guys to make sure everything worked. She also sent different brackets just in case the hook did not work. The hook still worked and everything went together. I no longer dread going to bed and making that high climb. I also told her how warm I was at night and how she recommend to my sister-law of this mattress pad. Vicki showed me the mattress pad that she had sold my brother and his wife. This too was a great recommendation from her. I now sleep so much better and do not have to make that awful climb at night. Thanks to you and your store for having such competent sales people in your store. I really thought I had no other options Thanks to Vicki for her help and knowledge. You and your store have a valuable employee in Vicki Tallini.
