My husband and I have been searching for a new mattress for our Guest Bedroom. Needless to say, with all the different types available, it can be very confusing. We actually purchased one on Saturday from another store.

On Sunday, we stopped by your North Palm Beach store and were greeted by friendly salesman, Dennis Tubolino. We were able to try several different types of mattresses and were given a VERY thorough explanation of each one that we tried. We went back and forth ’til we found the one that suited our needs best. We purchased a king-size Spring Air with a promised delivery date for Wednesday.

As we drove home, we were so impressed, that we decided to purchase the Queen sized floor model mattress as well for our Guest Bed room. I called and spoke with Dennis and he immediately added the floor model to our order. I then canceled our order with the other store for the much less comfortable mattress we’d purchased on Saturday.

I called Dennis 15 minutes later and asked if we could have the mattresses delivered on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. He assured me there would be no problem with the king mattress, but since the floor model would have to be replaced, he wasn’t sure. Within 10 minutes, he called us back and assured us that we’d have both of them on Tuesday morning.

The deliverymen called at 7:20 AM and were very accurate with their estimated delivery time.

It was such a pleasure to deal with such a knowledgeable man as Dennis, who explained the details of each mattress to us. It’s a rarity to find that quality in most sales persons. Because of our experience with him, we will gladly recommend your store to our friends and neighbors.
