We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks for the excellent service we experienced this afternoon. Although it has always been a pleasure shopping at City Mattress, our shopping experience today, with the assistance of Joe Pristach, was absolutely wonderful. With one of us suffering from severe lower back problems, we needed assistance finding a high-quality mattress that would offer the proper amount of lumbar support for one, while allowing the other comfort whether sleeping on stomach, back or side. On top of that, we were limited to a budget of only a couple thousand dollars.

We thought these restrictions would severely limit us as to the options available, but we were pleasantly surprised by the sheer number of options shown to us by Mr. Pristach. We were shown all appropriate models within our budget as well as a step above, and were given the space to ultimately decide on the Prana Vedanta Firm set in king size, as well as a new bed frame to properly support it. The information we received from Joe as well as our ’test runs’ on the showroom floor allowed us to feel confident that we made a well-informed decision that we should be happy with for years to come.

With this being said, we would like to say that Joe has a wonderful sense of salesmanship. He took the time to find out exactly what we needed, as well as what price range we were working in, all the while engaging us in pleasant casual conversation. Joe was so educated about the structure and design of all the mattresses available and eagerly shared that knowledge with us. It was wonderful to shop with the help of such an informed salesperson and we really loved his no pressure approach.

We would like to take this opportunity to say, once again, thank you for the excellent service we continue to enjoy at your store. With your ability to manage a store that employs salesmen of Joe Pristach’s caliber, there is no doubt that you will continue to have much success in your career, as well as an abundance of return customers. I know that we will be back very soon to purchase new mattresses for our two boys. Oh, and one more thing...would you happen to have the name of a good car salesman?!?
