We had some problems with a pillow top mattress we purchased in April. Went to the store and spoke with Steven. He arranged for an inspection by the serviceman, Jim, who came out to our house the next day. It was determined that the mattress was defective and should be replaced. At the showroom, Mara was very helpful in answering our questions. We ordered a new PranaSleep mattress and it was delivered the next day. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Thanks to all for the great service!
