Comfort is Our Main Concern

At City Mattress, we want your comfort to extend well beyond your mattress. We’ve taken the following steps to assure your safety as well as that of our employees. We are following the guidelines set by the CDC to provide a clean and sanitized environment.

In Our Showrooms

We are continuing our sanitizing and distancing practices in all locations and for everyone’s safety, masks are required to be worn. If you do not have one, a mask will be provided. Pillow and mattress protectors are available for each shopper. After each customer, all mattresses and pillows are sanitized, and surfaces are disinfected.

Shopping Online

All of the products in our showrooms are available online at www.citymattress.com. In addition, we have added hundreds of sleep-related items that can be shipped directly to your home. Our main menu breaks out the type of products now available on CityMattress.com.

Delivery Options

We are offering Free LOCAL White-Glove Delivery and Set-Up of your purchase. If you’d prefer, we also offer our door-step drop-off service.
 

Our delivery teams are tested monthly for Covid and daily with a digital thermometer for a fever. They continue to take all precautions and will wear masks and gloves - and we will ask the same of those they come in contact with during your delivery. Your mattress has been sealed inside a plastic bag until it reaches your home. Our delivery teams use protective gloves and disinfecting wipes as they handle your purchase. All truck surfaces and handles are wiped between customer stops. The interior cab and box of all trucks are sanitized on a daily basis.

For everyone’s safety. If you or anyone in your home can answer ‘yes’ to any of the following questions, please contact us to reschedule your delivery.
·               Have you been experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, sore throat, muscle aches, repeated shaking with chills, or a new loss of taste or smell in the last 14 days?
·               Have you had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19?
·               Have you traveled internationally within the past 14 days?
·               Have you traveled domestically by plane, train, or bus in the last 14 days?
