Compensation
This is a performance-driven sales role with strong earning potential. Our
compensation structure includes:
- Hourly base pay plus commission
- Monthly bonus plan
- Annual sales bonus plan
Location & Training
We provide three weeks of in-person training at one of our store locations to
ensure a strong foundation in our sales approach and customer experience
standards. Following training, the new hire will "float" between multiple store locations to shadow experienced sales staff and continue hands-on learning for well-rounded exposure to our culture, operations, and sales approach. After the initial few months, a store assignment will be determined based on business needs, candidate location, and overall fit.
Flexibility is essential, and candidates must have reliable transportation and
the ability to commute to various store locations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Natural ability to relate, connect, and build rapport with customers
- 2+ years of experience in high-end sales, preferably in retail
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and assistive technology (tablets, POS
system, CRM, and inventory management systems) - A flexible schedule is needed as our retail hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays (details to be provided)
- Associates may also be required to work in any store located within their designated region, within reason.

Job Summary:
As an Industrial Sewer (Flange Repair Operator), you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of high-quality mattresses.
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire (contract-to-start with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the assembly and manufacturing of mattresses according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Report any defects or issues to supervisors for resolution.
- Handle and move materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing area.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during machine operation.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized manufacturing environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure working
environment.
SPECIFIC TO FLANGE REPAIR
- Operates machine to roll specified flanges on metal disks and dished heads: Selects and bolts fixture onto free moving ram and powered turntable.
- Lifts and centers workpiece onto block or fixture on turntable, using hoist, sledge, rule, and tape.
- Pulls lever to lower ram onto workpiece, clamping it onto turntable.
- Selects and bolts rollers to spindles of machine, with edge of workpiece between rollers.
- Turns handwheel to adjust rollers to thickness and curvature of metal and to exert bending pressure.
- Starts machine which rotates edge of workpiece through rollers.
- Readjusts curvature and bending pressure to form specified flange on workpiece.
- Verifies curve of flange, using template.
- Other tasks as required/assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work on your feet on the production floor for the duration of the shift (usually 8 hours/day).
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks (including lifting, bending, reaching, pulling, etc.) and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the manufacturing process.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines.
- Strong command of English language is required.
- Other tasks, as required, depending on the workstation/area you are assigned to.
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday 6:30am- 2:30pm (Includes paid lunch break)
- Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for helping assemble and
prepare mattresses and foundations for shipment. Duties include placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines, packaging finished goods, organizing them for shipment, and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production. Manufacturing Associates are cross-trained in at least two key areas — such as assembly, sewing, packing, loading/unloading, shipping, or forklift operation — to ensure flexibility and teamwork across departments.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver works out of our warehouse
and assists with both warehouse operations and furniture deliveries to City Mattress stores and customer homes.
This position is a combination of warehouse and delivery responsibilities. Duties may include loading and unloading trucks, in-home furniture delivery and setup, store transfers, furniture inspection, warehouse organization and cleaning, and operating
equipment.
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical work, provide excellent customer service, and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and organize furniture and merchandise safely and efficiently
• Deliver and set up furniture in customer homes and retail locations
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
• Inspect furniture for quality and accuracy prior to delivery
• Assist with warehouse organization and general housekeeping
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and delivery team members
Work Location: 8003 Call Pkwy, Batavia, NY 14020
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move furniture up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Prior warehouse, delivery, or moving experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
