We welcome design professionals from architects and interior designers to small business owners, chiropractors and more. How do I become a member of the City Mattress trade program? You must have the following materials applicable to your profession, along with your completed application: Business License, Website, Resale Certificate and Trade Organization Membership

As a trade member what kind of discounts of do I receive? Designers, decorators, and residential architects receive 10% on all referred orders and chiropractors receive 5%. Orders placed at our clearance or outlet centers are not eligible for discounts. When will I receive payment? Payment for submitted orders will be processed no sooner than 90 days after the final transaction on the order. Transactions include exchanges and returns at any amount. How do I use my tax exemption on trade purchases? Please send your tax-exempt form to ap@citymattress.com. Is there a minimum order quantity? We do not require any minimums on orders. There are some product that might require a minimum order amount but we will notify you on those products.
