Senior Power Apps Developer

Hotel Sales Manager

Retail Design Project Manager
As the Retail Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for the visual image and functionality of all company facilities with emphasis on retail store design and bringing the design to reality. Preferred skills include creativity, great communication skills, growth mindset, prepared to stretch conventional thinking, while being conscious of a budget and keeping the customer experience front and center. This position reports to the Director of Facilities.
- Maintain and improve upon existing corporate prototype design
- Design/develop/manage a project from inception through completion.
- Research materials needed for projects to aid Facilities Techs in completing tasks
- Meet with Developers/Contractors/Vendors in office and onsite to view new locations, review construction drawings and provide direction to achieve the project objective.
- Develop modifications for new and existing sites (i.e. green design, handicap accessibility, offices, sales counters…etc) to create a more user friendly environment while keeping the customer experience in mind.
- Attend bi weekly corporate meetings to provide design input as well as updates on the existing projects.
- Obtain all needed information to aid in long term project development, electronic input of all locations from original drawings, generating all forms used in the Department for intranet site.
- Provide weekly project progress reports to the executive and leadership team
- Project, maintain, meet and follow through on project requirements & timely completion of projects
- Establish and maintain color pallets for new and existing facilities
- Provide direction to sign manufacturers, vendors, etc.
- Be proactive in finding creative and cost effective solutions to the corporate design requirements.

Requirements

Plant Manager

• Direct and supervise plant manufacturing
• Perform hiring, supervising, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining of all PSLLC plant employees, including Manufacturing Supervisor
• Drives continuous improvement within plant as it pertains to safety, quality, schedule fulfillment, cost reduction, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of plant manufacturing experience
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred, or 2+ years of experience overseeing continuous improvement projects in a management or leadership role
• Preferred experience in Lean, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time and other relevant quality methodologies
• Strong leadership skills
• Must be willing to develop and mentor factory staff

Facilities Manager
This role oversees building-related activities such as the ongoing maintenance of all City Mattress/PranaSleep buildings, facilities, equipment & property including construction projects, renovations and repairs, moves and related services to maintain facilities that are safe and well-functioning.
This individual will be responsible for managing projects for building maintenance systems and protocol while overseeing the continuous improvement of Facilities Management and executing long-term strategic plans. The ideal Manager will have a strong sense of prioritization and the ability to work with multiple vendors/contractors, as well as lead/work alongside internal technicians.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the maintenance team
• Supervise and coordinate all approved major maintenance service and repairs pertaining to building and related equipment, track and report status of open projects. This includes management and coordination of internal facilities team and third-party contractors.
• Be physically skilled and able to make all types of general building repairs within the facilities realm.
• Monitor and create estimates, schedules, and timelines for new and existing project deliverables.
• Supervision of all area maintenance technicians assigned. Monitoring of time and materials, scheduling and tracking of all maintenance related issues and repairs. Direct oversight of all repairs, maintenance and special project analysis and decisions.
• Research materials needed for projects to aid the Facilities Techs in completing task (e.g., floor finish, paint finish, machinery needed)
• Strong focus on relationship building with vendors, internal customers, and business partners.
• Obtain appropriate bids, evaluate, select and manage contractors (General contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, landscapers, site work, alarm & security systems, roofers, etc.)
• Develop relationships and contracts that maximize third party vendor services and efficiencies related to facilities maintenance and services.
• Continuously evaluate outside contractors for price, reliability, quality, and company standards.
• Oversees and plans annual facility spending for central services (cleaning, waste disposal, recycling, etc.), buildings and grounds maintenance, and facility expansion or improvement projects.
• Manages financials and works closely with the financial team to develop, track and report on overall facilities budget for capital and operating expenses relating to City Mattress and PranaSleep facilities portfolio. Responsible for keeping expenditures including payroll, capital budgets and R&M expenses within financial guidelines.
• Responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
• Monitor and perform ongoing inspections for all buildings and equipment to ensure that utility systems are operational and that preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Manage internal usage of CMMS; work closely with vendor regarding enhancements.
• Maintain and monitor building compliance with Building Codes & Standards for local, city, county, state, and federal agencies.
• Travel within and outside the state (FL and NY) as the job dictates.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Facilities Services Management and/or project management experience in retail environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in managing capital improvement projects, preventative maintenance programs and R & M budgets.
• Experience in utilizing CMMS.
