The night before...
Between 6 and 6:30 pm the day before your delivery, you’ll receive an email or a text message with a three-hour window that you can expect our delivery team at your home. Please click the “confirm” button in this message to accept. Remember to check your spam filter if you have not received this email.

The day of...
On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive a text message when the delivery prior to yours has been completed. The delivery team should be at your home within 30 minutes.

If you live in a gated community, please arrange for gate access. If your building has a freight elevator, please arrange access for our team.

Take a moment to prepare the room where your new purchase is going. Remove your linens and any nearby breakables.

Cleaning Tip...
Here’s a tip...have your vacuum cleaner nearby to do any cleaning underneath the bed before your new mattress is put in place.

Covid Protocols...
We are following Covid protocols and will be wearing masks. If anyone in the home is experiencing Covid symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.

On Arrival...
When our team arrives, they will greet you and ask to see the space your new purchase is going. If they are removing your old mattress, the team will remove it first...and then bring in your new mattress and set it up in place.

If you have purchased an adjustable base, it will be set up and tested to make sure it is operating properly. The operation will be explained to you at that time.
