Joe is super helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Delivery people were on time and very experienced with the bed lift product.

We were treated by Joe Lisi. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and very respectful of our needs. I would never hesitate to use City Mattress because of our experience with Joe Lisi. By the way, this is not the first time we have used City Mattress.

We had a wonderful experience at City Mattress. Debra was incredibly helpful, and you could tell that she truly loves her job there. With 15 years of experience, she was highly knowledgeable, honest, and didn’t try to “sell” us—she wanted to help us find the best mattress for us and for as reasonable of a price she could get for us. I’d highly recommend making this a stop on your mattress-finding journey and learn a thing or two from Debra; you won’t regret it ☺️

What a fabulous experience! I spent three hours with Barbara and she was wonderful, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I went from bed to bed until I made what I feel is the best decision! And believe it or not, the bed and base were delivered the following day. Something completely unheard of these days. The two gentlemen that delivered my new bed were punctual, courteous, and easy to work with moving things around and getting me set up. 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend!! Update: only one night on my new bed and I slept like a baby!

I went to the store because they had a sale. I was interested in looking for a new mattress for my adjustable base as my current one was old and in bad shape. Josh, who I found out later, was the manager helped me out and pointed me in the direction of the mattress he thought I would need. I immediately thought it was the one but I wanted to see others. After trying a couple of different options I decided that the first one was the best. I also found new pillows that were perfect for me. I was well very pleased with the service and the price. My sister was also with me and looking for a new bed. She ended up buying a new adjustable bed and mattress set to replace her old set. Over all we had a very good day and experience with City Mattress.
