A Dream Experience from Start to Finish! I rarely write reviews, but my recent mattress purchase deserves all the praise—especially thanks to Kevin, our phenomenal salesperson at City Mattress. From the moment we walked into the store, Kevin made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we needed. He walked my wife & I through several options, explained the differences clearly (without ever being pushy), and helped us find the perfect mattress that fit our sleep styles. What really stood out was Kevin’s genuine care—he wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he wanted us to love what we were buying. And we do! Stan allowed us to enter in a minute before closing. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Me and my wife had issues picking out a mattress at other stores and couldn’t agree on the type of mattress we wanted. I preferred a “Firm” mattress but my wife was more comfortable with a “Plush.” Stan showed us a couple of mattresses that was a great in between of our preferences until we found the perfect fit. His attention to detail made it a smoother process and we didn’t have to look at 20 plus mattresses because he knew where to point us. Only a great salesman would take the opportunity on a last minute customer. I have experience in sales and customer service and the Service I received from Stan was Phenomenal. Thank you again Stan, the King size mattress we purchased has us knocked out as soon as our heads touch the pillow!
