Our sales rep was very cordial. Asked questions and showed us several possible mattresses at various price points. He discussed the make-up of each. We were allowed to sample them multiple times. The process was easy. The delivery was able to be made the next day. Notification of probable time the night before, the morning of, and then closer to time was excellent. The delivery staff was courteous and made short work of bringing the new mattress in and removing the old mattress. The whole experience was very positive.

Mark, Rick and the Three Amigos deserve 6 stars, or more! I decided to replace the mattress for my favorite day bed. (The furniture part is fine but the slats were no longer sturdy.) Measurements in hand, I visited the City Mattress Clearance Center and explained what I was hoping to find. Mark recommended a few features and showed me different models, took the appropriate measurements, and assured me that we could find something to fit. Credit to Rick for the assist, too. A great variety of well priced options. Absolutely no pressure, completely respectful and courteous. We found the right mattress for me, in my price range, and it was delivered in two days. Set-up was a breeze, even on a rainy day. The Three Amigos were friendly and efficient, everything fit perfectly! Well done, guys! I'll be back to City Mattress for my next mattress.

Rick Miller helped me find a mattress for my new murphy bed. I only had 12" to work with. He showed me a 10" mattress to use with an existing 2" topper. He explained about the unique shape of strong offset coils that are that are the support system with foam encasementthat will work with a murphy bed. I appreciate Rick's knowledge and professionalism. Delivery was fast and easy, too! I'm sure my guests will be comfortable when they come to visit.
