    We went to City Mattress in Victor to purchase a new bedroom set in early June. Sunny Vadera was our sleep expert. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was patient with us as we tried several different options. My husband has back problems and Sunny showed us the best options to choose from. The furniture was shipped to another state as we are moving. The company stayed in touch with us through every step - outstanding communication. It was delivered on time, with one minor glitch, which was taken care of in a timely manner. As someone who works in customer service, I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve experienced in a long time. I would HIGHLY recommend City Mattress at their Victor location and Sunny!

    I was so gratified by a recent experience with City Mattress, Victor, and particularly their store manager, Tanya. I am challenging in finding the ideal mattress due to some back issues. Unfortunately, on my first try, the mattress I selected was less than ideal. After diligently trying for a couple weeks, I contacted Tanya and without a moments thought, she honored the 90 day guarantee for an exchange. Within 15 minutes, I was there and within three days the new mattress was delivered to my bedroom! I was most impressed by their delivery men who were very careful, efficient, and respectful of my home. The new mattress is phenomenal. I’m sleeping so well and without any pain. It is so satisfying these days to work with a company who stands by their guarantee and professionals who take pride in their work and give each customer their very best. I cannot recommend them more highly.

    Antoine(I may have misspelled that) was very helpful, respectful and very informative. We shared our situation and needs and he shared all the options and possibilities City Mattress had. Once we had our final measurements addressed Antoine presented us with an amazing offer and a mattress with adjustable base we are absolutely happy with. We would definitely reccomend City Mattress and Antoine and hope to do business again when our space opens up. Delivery was quick and efficient as well.     Antoine Williams did an EXCEPTIONAL job working with us down to every detail! We talked through the specific makeup of many mattresses. His knowledge is very thorough. And yet he was also personable and gave us space to go at our own pace. 100/10 would recommend. He’s not yet the top mattress salesman in Rochester but will be undoubtedly!
