Diana is the absolute best! We came in not knowing what mattress we wanted and what to look for but after her help we left with a new mattress and pillows. She is incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the process, she wasn’t pushy and she made sure we were happy before anything else. Would 100% recommend coming to city mattress and if you work with Diana you’ll leave happy! We ended up getting the Aire Stream Luxe Firm
My husband, son, and I went in on Saturday to simply “look” at mattresses. We really weren’t planning on buying one that day. However when we walked in, we were greeted by Baker. He was so kind, and not only that he listened to what we were looking for. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to walk into an establishment and not be judged by our appearance. With his time and attention we walked out with more than a mattress. As a couple in our mid to late 30s we were in desperate need of an upgrade. Our mattress that we purchased in our 20s not longer suits us. I’m excited for our delivery this weekend and can’t wait to sleep better and experience that Zero G feature (lol). We plan on coming back soon to purchase a new mattress for our son. 100/10 experience at this location.
