We provide three weeks of in-person training at one of our store locations to
ensure a strong foundation in our sales approach and customer experience
standards. Following training, the new hire will "float" between multiple store locations to shadow experienced sales staff and continue hands-on learning for well-rounded exposure to our culture, operations, and sales approach. After the initial few months, a store assignment will be determined based on business needs, candidate location, and overall fit.

Flexibility is essential, and candidates must have reliable transportation and

Job Summary:

As an Industrial Sewer (Flange Repair Operator), you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of high-quality mattresses.

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire (contract-to-start with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the assembly and manufacturing of mattresses according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Report any defects or issues to supervisors for resolution.
  • Handle and move materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing area.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products.
  • Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines during machine operation.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized manufacturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads.

SPECIFIC TO FLANGE REPAIR

  • Operates machine to roll specified flanges on metal disks and dished heads: Selects and bolts fixture onto free moving ram and powered turntable.
  • Lifts and centers workpiece onto block or fixture on turntable, using hoist, sledge, rule, and tape.
  • Pulls lever to lower ram onto workpiece, clamping it onto turntable.
  • Selects and bolts rollers to spindles of machine, with edge of workpiece between rollers.
  • Turns handwheel to adjust rollers to thickness and curvature of metal and to exert bending pressure.
  • Starts machine which rotates edge of workpiece through rollers.
  • Readjusts curvature and bending pressure to form specified flange on workpiece.
  • Verifies curve of flange, using template.
  • Other tasks as required/assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work on your feet on the production floor for the duration of the shift (usually 8 hours/day).
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks (including lifting, bending, reaching, pulling, etc.) and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the manufacturing process.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for helping assemble and
prepare mattresses and foundations for shipment. Duties include placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines, packaging finished goods, organizing them for shipment, and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production. Manufacturing Associates are cross-trained in at least two key areas — such as assembly, sewing, packing, loading/unloading, shipping, or forklift operation — to ensure flexibility and teamwork across departments.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver works out of our warehouse
and assists with both warehouse operations and furniture deliveries to City Mattress stores and customer homes.

This position is a combination of warehouse and delivery responsibilities. Duties may include loading and unloading trucks, in-home furniture delivery and setup, store transfers, furniture inspection, warehouse organization and cleaning, and operating
equipment.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical work, provide excellent customer service, and work well as part of a team.


Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and organize furniture and merchandise safely and efficiently
• Deliver and set up furniture in customer homes and retail locations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Bonita Springs office. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, managing a broad range of responsibilities including customer inquiries, order entry, accounts receivable, and inventory support. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve billing issues, disputes, and general account questions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate and complete records.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team and follow through to ensure resolution.

 

Order Entry

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system in a timely manner.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and availability before processing.
  • Review orders for completeness and flag any discrepancies prior to submission.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate order status, delays, or changes to customers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.

 

Accounts Receivable

  • Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor accounts for non-payment and delayed payments.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances via phone and email.
  • Apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting related to accounts receivable.
  • Maintain aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts to management as appropriate.

Inventory Support

  • Assist with inventory management tasks including data entry, stock level checks, and coordination with warehouse staff.
  • Help ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
  • Flag inventory discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate team for prompt resolution.
  • Support cycle count processes and assist with periodic physical inventory audits as needed.

Other

  • Assist the order department with additional tasks and operational needs as required.
  • Participate in cross-training with the Accounts Payable and Purchasing departments to support operational continuity and team flexibility. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, accounts receivable, or order entry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., OHM, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will help collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions across multiple departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to develop their skills in a collaborative, data-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:
• Query and extract data from relational databases using SQL to support reporting and analysis requests.
• Clean, validate, and organize datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) for stakeholder use.
• Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical
audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and products to align data outputs with business goals.
• Support ad hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing analytics projects.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate reporting, summarize findings, and support data storytelling, while ensuring all outputs are validated for accuracy before sharing with stakeholders.

Note: We are currently only considering candidates located within commuting distance of Bonita Springs, FL.

Requirements

Required Technical Skills
• SQL - Comfortable writing queries involving SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, and aggregations.
• Excel / Google Sheets - Proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
• Data Visualization - Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI; ability to build clear, readable dashboards.
• Data Cleaning - Experience identifying and handling missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Statistics Fundamentals - understanding of mean, median, distributions, and correlation.


Required Soft Skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data findings simply.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, structured approach to problem-solving.
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in working with data.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to ask good clarifying questions and collaborate with stakeholders
effectively.


Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• AI Literacy - Comfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot in Power BI,
ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate workflows such as writing queries,
summarizing dashboards, and drafting reports; understands the importance of
validating AI outputs for accuracy and applying responsible, ethical use
standards.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure/Fabric or AWS, Google Cloud.
• Python or R (Basic) - Able to perform data cleaning and simple analysis using Pandas or equivalent libraries.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Experience using project management or documentation tools (Asna, Jira or
SharePoint).
• Domain knowledge in retail, finance, healthcare, or technology.
• A portfolio of personal or academic projects (e.g., Kaggle notebooks, GitHub
repos, dashboards).


Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered, including certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, IBM Data Analyst) and demonstrated hands-on project work such as dashboards, portfolios, or GitHub repositories.
