    If you are in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend you deal with MIKE GORTZIG at the Amherst location for an exceptional shopping experience. He is very personable and has vast knowledge of all the mattresses brands they sell. He went out of his way to first understand what mattress qualities were important to us and then quickly and accurately narrowed down mattresses for us to test.     We had a pleasant experience overall. The showroom has a great variety of mattresses. We were able to make a great choice, thanks to our salesman Mike Gortzig's help and guidance.     I had a great experience shopping here and Alecia went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress. I was a little nervous and unsure of what type of mattress to get - Alecia was very knowledgeable, put me at ease and guided me to the perfect bed for me. Delivery process was smooth and I had my old mattress removed and new mattress and bed frame delivered and set up within a week of purchase. The Delivery team was quick, professional and friendly.

    I recently purchased a Prana elite adjustable slot bed base and mattress. I had a wonderful experience working with Mike in Amherst. I did a lot of research on the Internet, and each time the Prana elite bed frame was the best choice over other products. It had all the features that was important to me. I also want to commend the delivery service that I received. Both men were extremely pleasant, polite and answered any of our questions that we had. From start to finish, I can’t say enough about City Mattress. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to my friends and family.
