And Kevin and Omar with the delivery team, when I missed the first delivery time, came all the way back in their last round and brought the mattress and set everything up in time for my guest room to be done. We went to City Mattress in Amherst for a new mattress, but had a couple of issues with which we had to deal. One involved getting the mattress into our old victorian home and the other involved dealing with back issues. Mike, who waited on us, listened carefully to our issues and explained in detail our options. He was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and knowledgeable. We left the store satisfied that we made a purchase that met our needs.

We’ve purchased 3 adjustable beds in the past 6 years (ours and then for parents) Mike at Amherst was fantastic, the delivery guys were great and due to a few issues we had with our parents purchases, City Mattress went above and beyond to find a solution to our problems. They even came out to adjust the height on one of the bed bases free of charge well over a year after we bought it! Super happy with our purchases and the service.

Our experience with City Mattress at the Millersport & Sheridan location was top notch. Excellent experience all the way around. The salesman we dealt with, Mike Gortzig, went out of his way to see that our needs were met. Can't thank him enough. When we had a couple of questions on Mike's day off I spoke with a person named Carol and on another occasion to Joe who were equally as helpful and friendly. My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to stop by this location again and see Mike.
