We have been to other places for mattresses and they turned us off....We felt like we were at the car dealersship!!!! Our sale lady was great and let us be us and we didn't feel rush or uncomfortable at all....We are pleased with the experience and her.

We just came from City Mattress in Henrietta. We had David who was our sales associate. He was very nice and helped us select the best mattress for our daughter’s needs. David was probably working on commission, but unlike most places where the salesman comes off more like a used car salesman, David wasn’t like that at all! Great experience today. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being push or trying to upsell. He showed us a range of options based on what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a mattress without going anywhere else. We would recommend this location to anyone!

The store manager Matthew was very respectful, informative and not pushy in getting us to buy anything. While we went in originally to price check and look around, he worked with us and our budget in order to help us meet our needs for quality products with a reasonable price. Such effort in information mixed with allowing us to do our own thing presented an opportunity we did not expect and we ended up purchasing a mattress and bed frame for a better price than we had gotten anywhere else.
