We have been to other places for mattresses and they turned us off....We felt like we were at the car dealersship!!!! Our sale lady was great and let us be us and we didn't feel rush or uncomfortable at all....We are pleased with the experience and her.

Michael was fantastic, the experience was great. I have nerve damage in my back and lower back and he put me in a mattress that felt fantastic in store, he also hooked me up with the veterans discount which was a nice little bonus. Unlike most salesman Michael did not push me in any direction to make a sale on the most expensive mattresses which was a nice change of pace coming from Ashley nearby. Overall the experience was great and we are eager for our mattress to arrive, if anything changes I’ll update the review but for now, 5-stars, ESPECIALLY 5-Stars for Michael’s care and understanding of my situation.

We just came from City Mattress in Henrietta. We had David who was our sales associate. He was very nice and helped us select the best mattress for our daughter’s needs. David was probably working on commission, but unlike most places where the salesman comes off more like a used car salesman, David wasn’t like that at all! Also the store had a huge selection of mattresses, bed frames, couch beds and other furniture in it too. Thanks for the great experience David! - Turk family 😊

Great experience today. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being push or trying to upsell. He showed us a range of options based on what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a mattress without going anywhere else. We would recommend this location to anyone!

I recently went into city mattress looking for a good full-size bed. I was especially interested in prana and the Simmons. The gentleman who helped me his name is MichaelMatthews. He was absolutely the best Customer Service person I have ever worked with and I’m 72 years old. He know his stock And was able to give me Information which Was extremely helpful, and after trying a few beds, decided that the prana karma classic firm was my ideal bed!!! He also helped me find a foundation/Frame for my bed without a headboard. He stayed with us and helped us measure and give us our options. Was very honest and forthcoming. I am so looking forward to my bed. He was also honest and able to give me reasons both pro and con for some of the items I was looking for. I would recommend city mattress but make sure you ask for Michael matthews ; you won’t go wrong.!
