Josh Simmons helped me select a beautiful queen bed and nightstand (both on clearance) and a good mattress for the guest room in my new condo. And they held it for me for a few weeks, so I could renovate. Delivery and set up went smoothly. I love my new guest room and was able to furnish it at a great price. Who could ask for more?

I went to City matches in Boca Raton I keep forgetting the lady's name she had long hair and glasses regardless I wanted an extra firm bed. I made a critical error a lot of people want to extra firm bad I slept in there for 3 weeks and my arms and shoulders weren't paying everyday so I went back. Being more than gracious the lady with long hair and glasses I think ain't even Barbara or something like that Just ask for my name Robert z e r n e r and she can give you a great experience looking for a mattress nevertheless I went there they gladly were showed me mattresses and picked out a softer one for. The customer service is great but try to make an appointment cuz they can't get busy so call and make an appointment. You don't buy beds all the time but if you do need a bed I would definitely go over here patient friendly honest just a great experience and I'm not getting paid to say this I always say what I mean so again if you're looking for a mattress and you're looking for the truth and you're looking for great service go here again I had a return the mattress cuz it was too thick too hard I wanted a firm mattress a lot of people make mistakes when they want to for a mattress. I went with one that was medium firmness and it turned out to be great in the exchange it with no problem I went there on a Thursday we delivered on a Saturday they took the old mattress away and everything went fabulous I would recommend them to my children to anybody
Bought and returned 3 mattresses from the west palm beach location. They each were hell on earth. Swore i would NEVER go in a City Mattress again. Then i decided to buy a tempur-pedic so i went to the Boynton location to try out one more time since all tempur-pedic are the same everywhere. Josh came over to speak with me and i told him why i was there. He asked me to come try out a prana (felt like the three little bears) but he was so knowledgeable and so understanding that i ended up buying another mattress from city mattress! Never say never. I love it and so glad i met Josh. Thank you.
The delivery was not only on time, it was actually a couple of hours earlier and four days earlier than what we originally expected.The young men that delivered took care of everything were very neat and didn't damage our furniture.So we greatly appreciated their work and we really like our mattresses of that

This is my second time buying mattresses at this location. The reason we went back is because their sales team is very knowledgeable and we needed guidance on which product should work best for our needs. The person that helped us this time was Joe Lisi and I can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and level of detail that he provided to us. Joe helped us make the right choice for the 3 mattresses that we needed and also guided us through the entire process including all the details for the time of delivery. We had an interesting warranty issue with our mattress that we purchased 7 years ago from City Mattress Boynton beach! We called up the store, putting in the claim warranty and someone from city mattress came to inspect our mattress. He claimed that the mattress pad failed due to stains on our mattress. The person told me we’d have to go through the mattress protector company. We went through the mattress, protector company and they sent us a new one but wouldn’t send anybody else to come clean our mattress. I was in constant contact with Josh Simmons, the manager of city mattress Boynton Beach who is kind courteous and helped us throughout the process. After the mattress pad company decided to not do anything for us. He was gonna try to help us out with getting a new mattress. Spoke to Josh on a Friday late morning and what he was able to do for us in order for us to get a new mattress. Josh was able to find a solution working with upper management for the delicate situation we were stuck in and we came in Saturday morning. Debra was fantastic and wasn’t pushy . She showed us mattresses within our price range. We ended up getting a brand new mattress. We just had our mattress delivered today and they were in and out of our house within 10 minutes . Josh Simmons was so helpful and accommodating . I highly recommend city mattress to anyone wanting a mattress. Really impressed with the service and quality .
