On a dear friend's recommendation, I went to City Mattress to get a new mattress and bed frame for my new home in the North Towns. Before moving here, my intention was to go to a national chain because I figured something more regional would be more expensive. Tim helped me out. He was incredibly helpful without being pushy. I spent a little bit (but not much) more than I wanted for a Prana mattress, but I believe it will be well worth the expense. I was allowed to take my time and test things out. The last time I bought a mattress in NYC, I was rushed into a pricier mattress that I ended up hating. I hated the whole experience. I had decided on a different frame than I initially picked. I had liked another one, whose style I liked better, but was in the wrong color. Tim pointed me to the same frame in the color that I had been hoping for. I am so glad that I mentioned my thoughts to him, because I had missed it while browsing. So I got a frame that I love over a frame that would have been nice, but not exactly what I wanted. I am so excited to get my new bed. The Prana that I chose was so unbelievably comfortable, and I am at the age that I understand that spending more for a comfortable night's sleep is important... but I made that decision on my own, not because I felt pressured. All in all, a wonderful experience. I even got to chat with one of their delivery drivers, who was waiting for Tim while he rang me up. I wish I had asked for his name so I could put it in the review as well, but I am exhausted from my long move. He was so friendly. Tim was able to set me up for delivery on the date I wanted, too. City Mattress has outstanding products. Nothing beats the prana mattress for great sleep. We just purchased 4 pillows for our prana mattress. Our salesman Keith was extremely helpful. You get great products and great service here. Prices are high but it is worth it.

We had a great experience at City Mattress on Transit Road in Williamsville. Tim, the manager was very polite, helpful, engaging and a Pleasure to work with. He understood our needs quickly and made excellent suggestions on which mattress to buy. We can not wait to have it delivered!
