My family and I visited City Mattress in Estero over the weekend. We were thrilled with the entire experience! Scott helped us during our visit. He was kind, knowledgable and extremely helpful in determining the best mattress for us. Scott was also incredibly understanding and kind to our two small kiddos who tagged along. They were very happy with the experience as well! The whole process was straight forward, efficient and no-stress. We visited the Estero, Florida store and were served by Jordan Cohen who was thoughtful, courteous, and patient and there was no oppressive hard-sell. We completed our transaction efficiently and took delivery of our new mattress etc. within two days. The two delivery guys were also a pleasure to work with. All in all, a very good experience.

Walked into the Estero, Fla. store looking for king split foundations to carry out with us. The staff, from the Manager, Ken, to the associate, who by the way was from corporate, and was in the midst of training new personnel, could not have been more helpful. Derrick, I believe is his name, quickly verified the product availability, wrote up our sale and had us out the door to the warehouse in no time. The warehouse staff were equally as helpful and efficient. Our experience could not have been better and we will definitely patronize City Mattress in the future.

Our salesman Ken was great. Good insights without pressure. We chose two tilting bases with a king flexible soft Prana Sleep mattress. We could not be happier. Items were in stock and delivery included expert set up. We purchased on Sat and by Monday morning at 10:00 am install was complete!
We have gotten 5 mattress sets from this location over the last several years. The team is extremely helpful and professional, providing great advice and support. They never pushed us to get the most expensive option, but instead to suggest the best for our particular needs, be it for our primary bed, for a guest room, or for a young adult’s first apartment. Perfect recommendation. New box springs lowered height of bed to very manageable height. Delivery of new box springs and removing of existing springs done smoothly and carefully.
