Absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our mattress this evening! Jovani, our sales associate, was incredibly thorough in showing us the mattresses we came in to see and we ended up going with a mattress that wasn’t on our list as it checked off every box that we were looking for. He stayed after closing to ensure that we were taken care of and all of our expectations were met. He was very knowledgeable about the products offered at City Mattress as well as passionate about the company as a whole. We would certainly recommend City Mattress for any mattress needs!

Looking for a mattress and headboard that fits your bedroom/style is hard to find. Sometimes is not what you need or the concept you’re looking for. However, City Mattress got various selections and options to help you make a decision fairly quickly and smoothly. In addition to our lovely experience and great findings, Nera Langston was able to provide us with a fast delivery date (1 day! I mean, you cannot beat that); suits to our liking and desires, with no need to compromise in order to get what we want. We highly recommend City Mattress and Nera Langston specifically. Lovely person who will be there to help you with what you may need, always with a smile, and 100% honesty.

Wow! What an amazingly helpful experience. Nera was so very helpful and patient. We tried no less than 7 mattresses. Nera did not rush us at all. What an amazing company willing to work with financing options. I love they charge a low fee for delivery and set up which will allow for a generous cash tip!! Love it. Thank you, Nera!

my boy Freddy with the hookup, came in not expecting to buy just to look but the guy named Freddy came thru and managed to secure one of the best mattresses I have ever bought and slept on thank you to Freddy, definitely knows what his talking about, really friendly and nice, really knows how to negotiate and bargain + secure the deal.

Excellent experience at the Fort Lauderdale store on Federal Highway. Nera, the store manager was excellent in allowing us to shop and look around without being intrusive. Then provided excellent suggestions when needed. We purchased a sleeper sofa that we are very pleased with. The delivery was excellent-without any issues. Highly recommend this store.

I walked in intent on trying out a Dream Cloud Mattress. I met a nice sale lady named Nera Langston. She was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I left that day with a purchase and delivery date.. I love my new Not Dream Cloud mattress !! Thank you Nera

While entering the store, I was greeted by a helpful knowledgeable salesperson. After purchasing a mattress that was delivered that day, I realized a mistake was made on size of the mattress. The manager personally called me to make things right , which you dont find in many stores today. This.just goes to show you why we should all support locally family run businesses.. it was handled quickly and in a professional manner! I would recommend city mattress going forward!

We had a great experience at City Mattress! After going to several mattress stores, this was by far the best one. Jovani helped us find the right mattress and was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. The customer service was great, and everything was easy from start to finish. We really appreciated the help and would definitely recommend City Mattress.

Nera was my sales person and she allowed me to try different Mattresses in store and I did so while she attended other customers, I settled for the Sterns and Foster Executive the delivery went well next day they removed the old and assembled the new one, I should have went for full adjustable base and had to add the other leg extensions which they left on floor next to dresser since bed was to low for me, so far slept 3 nights on new bed and no problems
