We came in looking for just a new mattress and we had John as our salesman (Fort Myers location) he showed us the adjustable bed and we fell in love with it-He answered all our questions and was very kind and personable! Would recommend City Mattress

I was dreading to shop for a new mattress and walked into this City Mattress store to be greeted by John Folger. John asked us a few questions and talked to us a bit about what we liked and then recommended a few choices (not the high priced ones). We selected our mattress and frame and scheduled delivery. We were having our bedroom and bath remodeled and it took longer for us to be ready for the bed but John was very accommodating when we had to change the delivery. Delivery occurred on the time scheduled and the delivery guys were perfect as well. John made a tough shopping experience really easy and we got the mattress we love at a price lower than we expected to spend. Thanks John and City Mattress!

Mike French, the store manager was outstanding. He had us try a number of mattresses to show us the difference in feel, cost and quality. We bought a King and a Queen mattress for our two bedrooms, along with great mattress covers/protectors. The mattress covers/proctectors were much greater quality and feel than the old ones we had. We would highly recommend City Mattress and Mike French.

John Folger was excellent to deal with and I like the 10 year warranty. Delivery crew was very good.
