I had a very positive experience buying a new mattress. The sales associate, Bobby Morris was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained just the type of mattress to help me sleep more comfortably. He showed me a few different styles and gave me all the time I wanted to try them out. He put me at ease all through the process and was a huge help in finding just the right one for my needs. I purchased a Prana mattress and cannot believe how amazing it is. The pain I have been living with improved after the very first night. It has only been one week and I sleep better and feel better every day. In addition ,the store is very attractive and welcoming. The delivery was efficient. The young men were respectful and kind. I cannot say enough good things about city mattress. I am so grateful to Bobby and the entire staff.

Anthony is a life saver! We moved and our mattress/box spring wouldn’t fit up the stairs! Came in hungry and tired and he hooked us up. Anthony, the store manager at City Mattress in Greece was amazing! He took the time to ask questions, then actually listened to our answers. He was very knowledgeable. We have had to call him a couple of times for changes to our order, and he was always pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend going there to see him.

Whenever I'm shopping for something on the pricier side, I like to do my research first. Especially if what I'm looking for comes with a long term commitment. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and was greeted by Bobby, who asked if I was just there to browse or already knew what I wanted. After showing him the mattress I was interested in on my phone, he took me right to it. The demo was great. I was comfortable, overly satisfied and ready to cash out. Then, Bobby suggested giving another mattress a try. It was a very similar mattress with the same exact price, just a bit softer. I tried it, went back and forth between the two, then realized that I actually *didn't* know what I wanted. The alternative Bobby suggested was *much* better. He also suggested some new pillows and allowed me to try out all of their options. I never even knew pillows could be that comfortable; and they barely added onto my grand total. That was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a salesman, and the entire interaction lasted just a bit under 30-minutes from the moment I walked in to the time I was completing my purchase. If anyone's looking into getting a new mattress, City Mattress is the place to go, and Bobby's fantastic. I'm sleeping better than I ever have and would gladly do it again if I needed another mattress anytime soon.

Anthony was nothing short of spectacular! I had a conversation with Anthony days before we stopped into the Greece store to explain our dear mother’s situation. The minute we walked in to the store he discussed with us the importance of comfort but even more important was our Mothers mobility on the mattress itself. That alone was a game changer, she is now sleeping a lot more comfortable at night and it brings her more peace through out the day having had a good nights rest. We are extremely happy on all levels. That means the world to us. If Mama is happy we are happy! Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with us. He made it an awesome experience! Tonight I went mattress shopping with my best friend, Sally. I tagged along fully prepared to have your basic old, boring, dry mattress shopping experience. My experience however was nothing even close to that! We worked with Zack at the Greece location and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not only was Zack knowledgeable but he was patient and personable. By the time we left, almost 2 hours later, my friend had trippled what she'd planned to spend- and with great pleasure! It was so refreshing to work with someone who was so genuine, patient and personable while also answering the many questions we had about each mattress. I've never met Zack before in my life but I can tell you without hesitation - you want to buy your next mattress from this guy! He'll put a smile on your face and you will very likely leave a satisfied customer.
