Recently shopped at City Mattress in Jensen beach with my boyfriend and received top notch service from the store manager Magda. She was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about not only the mattresses but all of the product in the store and services they provide. She gave us space to look and explore the store while answering any questions we had. We ended up buying an adjustable base and will be back in the near future to purchase a new mattress as well. I will make sure she is working that day for sure!

The store manager Magda is super attentive and knowledgeable. She helped my grandmother find the most perfect mattress for her needs and comfort without her even being there in person to try it out for herself since she is disabled. She absolutely loves it!

After months of searching for the right mattress for the two of us, we finally think we’ve found it. After trying two of the “highly rated” online mattresses, we purchased a major-brand mattress from City Mattress. Unfortunately, within a few weeks, the mattress began sagging in the mid-section areas. After two months and two warranty technician visits, we returned to the local Jensen Beach store and were fortunate to meet Magdalena (“Magda”), the store manager. Magda took the time to carefully explain our options, including a possible warranty exchange or utilizing the City Mattress 90-Day Comfort Guarantee. Since we still had some time remaining within the 90-day period, we requested another warranty inspection. On the third warranty visit, the City Mattress technician determined the mattress met the conditions for a warranty return/exchange — great news for us! We returned to the store while Magda was there to finalize our decision on a replacement mattress. Once again, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the different brands and models, and perhaps most importantly, very patient as we went back and forth between options and spent time lying on each mattress. Once we made our decision, Magda thoroughly explained how the warranty return process worked and how the pricing for the replacement mattress was calculated. She was clear, fair, and professional throughout the entire process. Ultimately, we selected an Aireloom mattress, and we are hopeful — and confident — that this will be the mattress we enjoy for years to come! A special thank-you to Magda for her professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service throughout this experience. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit/Update: I neglected to comment on the delivery and pick-up experience. As promised, we received notification the night before delivery with a two-hour delivery window. The following morning, we received a confirmation text, followed by a 15-minute arrival update. Bottom line: excellent communication and arrival exactly on time. The exchange of the old and new mattresses was completed quickly and professionally!

City Mattress in Jensen Beach was a helpful place to shop when looking for a new mattress. The store had a good selection without feeling overwhelming, and it was nice being able to compare different options in person. The staff gave clear information and let me take my time instead of pushing me into a quick decision. I also liked that they offer delivery, which makes buying a larger item much easier. Overall, it felt like a professional and comfortable shopping experience.

We visited this store in desperate need of a mattress for a comfortable and good night sleep. We were helped by Jordan Greene who was extremely helpful and patient in assisting us in selecting the right mattress at the right price. He is a true delight to work with - personable and extremely knowledgeable about the various products. He made certain we were aware of each product's features, understood the pro's and cons, and allowed us sufficient time to test each mattress in order to determine our likes and needs. He is very customer focused and strives to achieve the best offering possible without being pushy. The mattress we selected - Prana Sleep Karma 2 Select Hybrid - exceeded our expectations thanks to Jordan and we are now enjoying a good night sleep. The mattress was delivered as promised by Tyler and Tyre. They set up our mattress efficiently and timely and easily removed our old mattress. . So glad we happened upon City Mattress, Jordan, Tyler and Tyre. Highly recommend.
