This review is long overdue: Ali Forte-Winters at City Mattress in Naples, FL and her colleagues feel like my family. Buying a mattress is not easy, especially for someone who is now elderly, and with a severe back problem. Ali has been by my side for several years. She has guided me well. And if the mattress I pick is not right, it is replaced. I wish there were more people and businesses that care about their customers the way Ali does, and who know the products they represent. Went to City Mattress Saturday...got my new mattress Monday. Cory was very helpful in picking out my new mattress. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. I was very satisfied with the selections no pressure and kept me within my budget. Also the delivery went smooth...plenty of messages letting me know when my mattress would be delivered. Our experience buying a mattress from Michele was amazing. I told her what I didn't like about our current mattress, what I wanted from a new one and she helped us find it quick! She was extremely knowledgeable about the mattress mechanics and how the body reacts. Not only that, the whole process was just FUN because she's so fun and friendly! She was courteous and knowledgeable about the products. She helped me through the financing process and everything was delivered exactly how she described.
