Great customer service, very professional and knowledgeable staff
We were looking for a specific mattress brand to replace our existing one. The store is spotless and well laid out. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and made to feel welcome. The selection is amazing! Bo, our representative, was over the top excellent. She patiently explained the makeup of different mattresses (including the brand we wanted). We were open to exploring other options and she spent a LOT of time with us making sure we had time to sample all the brands, including firmness options. We settled on another brand. The delivery was the next day. Super friendly and clean delivery staff (they are company employees, not contractors). The setup and take away of our old mattress and box springs was fast and perfect. Bo followed up with us via email and phone to ensure our expectations were met. We couldn’t be happier with this Florida family owned business and have referred them to several friends already. City Mattress is VERY highly recommended!
had a wonderful salesman, Michael Ludwig.... we just came in for general information and we were so comfortable and impressed, with Michael's expertise, patience and professionalism that we made the decision right there and then. we appreciate his excellent service. We found our salesperson, Victoria, in the North Palm Beach store to be quite knowledgeable about your mattress products and able to help us understand which mattresses would be most beneficial for us. She was respectful through the process and patient. There was little doubt between my wife and I that we were not going to leave the store without purchasing not one but two mattresses from her.
John was so knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with me finding the perfect mattress. It took me trying out a few but at last I think 3’s definitely a charm. So far so good. Thank you again John. I can see why you’re the store manager.
