Baker is a wonderful salesman. He never pressured me and never took me outside of my budget. I bought a mattress that was too soft for my needs (I have a herniated L5 and S1 among other spinal issues). Baker was able to pull some strings and let me swap my mattress for a more supportive one before the mandatory 30 day requirement. I was beyond thrilled and more appreciative than he’ll ever know.
