Great experience with Mike at the Penfield store. Went looking for Dream Cloud because their website says you distribute them - obviously no longer true. Told him why and what we were looking for, and he hooked us up with a Brooklyn Bedding unit that was what we were looking for and in our price range. Was able to have it delivered the next day, and that went very smoothly. So far it's everything we hoped for. We'll let you know if there are any issues in 90 days! ;-)
