We went to buy a new mattress for a spare bedroom. It would be low use, maybe 30 nights/year so we didn't want to spend a lot. Michael the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. We initially thought of the Nectar hybrid, but eventually decided on the Brooklynn foam. The bed was medium/firm, good construction and made in the USA. The price was perfect, less than we had originally thought we would spend. It was on sale. The bed, box and frame were delivered the next week (no charge). We were able to track the delivery, so we knew exactly when it would arrive. The delivery guys were professional, friendly, and went right to setting it up. We have bought all of our mattresses from City Mattress over the last 20 years. Always satisfied with the quality and price. We'll be shopping for a new queen next month and certainly will stop back to City Mattress.
