Easiest “major purchase” ever! I went in knowing what I wanted (having researched it online and chatted with a REAL HUMAN BEING!!! Who was incredibly helpful), greatly appreciated that the (lovely!) young man on duty at the Pittsford location did not then try to upsell me (thank you, thank you!). Transaction was quick, delivery- exactly when I needed it to happen- was scheduled with no problems, and the delivery guys showed up exactly on schedule and got the whole “musical mattresses” thing done in 5 minutes! The whole experience was nothing but fabulous - all thumbs up to City Mattress and its employees, both in person and online! :)

He listened to what my needs, preferences, budget and requirements were. He immediately started showing me several excellent options. Due to his expertise and professionalism, he very quickly was able to assess which options he thought would be best for me. There was absolutely no pressure or urgency. He gave me all the time I needed, and helped guide me in making my final choice of the three I was deliberating on. Unlike many salespeople, he actually nudged me toward the less expensive of the three which kept me UNDER my budget! I could not have had a better experience! The entire experience was an A++!!!
