I ordered mattresses pillows and protectors for the mattresses and pillows! There was a slight error in the delivery and I did not receive the correct covers for the size mattress! Sunny at the Victor location was awesome and took care of the matter in a timely fashion! I would work with city mattress again! They even had me keep the pad because to return it to them would have been costly as I was over an hour away!

I was so gratified by a recent experience with City Mattress, Victor, and particularly their store manager, Tanya. I am challenging in finding the ideal mattress due to some back issues. Unfortunately, on my first try, the mattress I selected was less than ideal. After diligently trying for a couple weeks, I contacted Tanya and without a moments thought, she honored the 90 day guarantee for an exchange. Within 15 minutes, I was there and within three days the new mattress was delivered to my bedroom! I was most impressed by their delivery men who were very careful, efficient, and respectful of my home. The new mattress is phenomenal. I’m sleeping so well and without any pain. It is so satisfying these days to work with a company who stands by their guarantee and professionals who take pride in their work and give each customer their very best. I cannot recommend them more highly.
We went to City Mattress in Victor to purchase a new bedroom set in early June. Sunny Vadera was our sleep expert. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was patient with us as we tried several different options. My husband has back problems and Sunny showed us the best options to choose from. The furniture was shipped to another state as we are moving. The company stayed in touch with us through every step - outstanding communication. It was delivered on time, with one minor glitch, which was taken care of in a timely manner. As someone who works in customer service, I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve experienced in a long time. Suneet Vadera (Sunny) at the store in Victor was really resourceful and never pushy. He left us alone to lay on beds on our own for over an hour. He gave us the best price he could and answered all our questions. We dig our Prana mattress (so far) and hope that it continues to fit the bill.
